Our return policy is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. If more than 60 days have passed since your order, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive and review your returned item, we’ll send you an email notifying you whether your return has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Your eyeglasses must be shipped in their original packaging.

Once the return has been approved (the items must be in perfect condition, with labels and in their original packaging), you’ll receive a confirmation email indicating that your refund will be processed within 7 days.
